Thank you for shopping with Aadhya Wellness. We want you to feel confident when purchasing from us and have set out our return, refund and replacement process clearly below.

1. 14-Day Cancellation and Return Period
If you change your mind about an eligible purchase, you may notify us that you wish to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.

2. Condition of Returned Products
Returned products should be kept in substantially the same condition in which they were received.
You may inspect a product as you reasonably would when purchasing it in a physical shop. If a product has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics or function, we may reduce the refund to reflect any resulting loss in value where permitted by law.
Please package returned products carefully to prevent damage during transit.
3. Energised Products
Products sold by Aadhya Wellness may be prepared, selected or energetically treated as part of our wellness offering.
Unless a product has been specifically personalized or made to your individual specifications in a manner that legally affects your cancellation rights, the fact that a product has been energised does not remove your applicable statutory consumer rights.
Where a product is genuinely personalised or made specifically to your individual requirements, different cancellation rights may apply. Any such limitation will be clearly disclosed on the relevant product page before you place the order.
4. Return Shipping
Please contact us before returning any product.
Where a return is made because you have changed your mind, Aadhya Wellness may arrange the return shipment on your behalf.
Where permitted by applicable law and where you were informed of the return cost before purchase or return, the actual cost of return postage may be deducted from the amount refunded to you.
We will confirm any applicable return-postage charge before arranging collection or providing a return label.
Do not send products to the address shown on the original parcel without contacting us first, as some orders may be fulfilled through different logistics locations.
5. Refunds
Once an eligible returned product has been received and assessed, we will process the applicable refund using the original payment method.
Where required by law, refunds will include the amount paid for the goods and the cost of our standard delivery option.
Additional delivery services selected by you above our standard delivery option may not be refundable to the extent permitted by law.
Please allow reasonable processing time for the refund to appear in your account after it has been issued. Processing times may also depend on your bank or payment provider.
6. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, materially different from its description, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Where appropriate, we may send a replacement without requiring you to return the original item.
You will not be charged return or replacement shipping costs for goods confirmed to be faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise not in conformity with your legal rights.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your statutory rights in relation to faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming goods.
7. Order Cancellations Before Dispatch
We begin processing orders shortly after they are placed, including preparation, supplier processing and, where applicable, energisation or personalisation.

However, if fulfilment has already progressed to a stage where cancellation cannot reasonably be stopped, we may ask you to follow the applicable return process after delivery.
Any statutory cancellation rights available to you remain unaffected.
8. Orders Arriving in Multiple Parcels
Some orders may contain products fulfilled through different logistics partners or fulfilment locations.
As a result, products from the same order may arrive:

in separate parcels;

on different dates; or

with different tracking numbers.
This does not affect your return or statutory consumer rights.
9. Products That Cannot Be Returned
Certain products may be excluded from change-of-mind cancellation rights where an exclusion is permitted by applicable consumer law, including products that are genuinely made to a customer's specifications or clearly personalised.
Where such an exclusion applies, it will be clearly communicated before you complete your purchase.
This exclusion does not remove your legal rights where an item is faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise does not conform to the contract.
